The performance of Chef Maryono in presenting live cooking was amazing. He cooked “Tengkleng Kambing” one of Indoluxe Hotel Signature Dish, and “Healthy Juice”.
The ingredient of the “Healthy Juice” was Pineapple, young coconut water and a tea spoon of mustard. “Pour a little drop of lime juice to reduce the bitter taste of the mustard”. Chef Maryono said.
We created an easy recipe, with an easy ingredient for an easy cooking experience to the audience.
